I wanted to write a note to tell you how much I love my new Carrier 24VNA9 unit. When my air conditioner of close to 25 years went out this summer, I had a home warranty plan. The service I was with was trying to get me on the cheapest unit possible. As I started to do a little research, I decided to call Webb Air.
JD Webb was just outstanding. He taught me so much about the different systems on the market and recommended the unit I bought. But not only did he recommend it, he explained why. When I started to compare the units out there, I realized this AC is the best out there – and for just a slightly higher price, I can't believe I would have ever considered anything else.
Webb Air came out and installed my system, and it was so simple. The installation team was so professional, and the service was outstanding. I have had my unit since mid-summer, so I have experienced the very hot temperatures and now have used the heater as well. I can't tell you how comfortable the house is. It is hard to explain, but there are no longer the pockets in my house where it is really hot or cold. It is so comfortable and so quiet; I don't even know it is on. It is absolutely amazing.
If you are looking for a unit for your house, you should consider this unit. It is absolutely amazing. I even noticed my electric bill went down between $100-200 per month. That was an added bonus. Webb Air did such a great job that I asked them if they could help me service my other air conditioner, until it goes out... when I will certainly purchase another unit from Webb Air. They are just wonderful, and I wish I had known about them before.

I have been with Webb Air for over 15 years and am on the Annual Service Plan (RPA). Though I have few problems, I believe the reason is that they are so good at maintaining my three systems. Just last week Phil called up to schedule my bi-annual check. Two days before they were to come out, my heater went on the fritz. I called up Phil, and he walked me through a few tips which fixed the problem on the downstairs system. He then followed up to assure I was good to go. Phil was friendly and helpful with excellent customer service skills.
Today Jason, my service technician, came out and, as usual, did a thorough system check. Jason is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Though he saw the heating unit upstairs was not working, he skillfully assessed that it was the thermostat and before selling me a new unit, took the time to find that there was a loose connector and fixed the problem. I am warmed by the consistent friendly and helpful way that they serve me and my family which is why I am such a loyal customer.

We had a full air conditioning/heater installation in July 2012. My existing system was not cooling in the summer below 83-4 degrees during the hottest part of the day. A full proposal was prepared by JD and the Webb Air team, and we were walked through the entire process. Everything went exactly as planned. The team onsite was very concerned that we were fully satisfied and made sure that the system met every one of our expectations. It was also very important to me that the team took every effort to make sure my home was treated as if it was their home. All of the staff were very courteous and made sure not to be disruptive in any way.
The new system is now much more efficient, cools to below 73 if needed, and has zones for each room. We could not be happier with the end result.
