JD started his career with Webb Air unofficially as a teenager, working every position from installation, to service, to just about everything. Officially becoming an employee of Webb Air in 1985. Where he was a salesman, and slowly moved up through the company to President and Owner.
Sam became a member of the Webb Family in 1999 where he started as our primary outside sales consultant, later he would become our Service and Sales Manager where he stayed for the last 8 years. Currently Sam is the Vice President of Webb Air.
Leslie came to us at the beginning of 2017, where she stepped into the role of Service Coordinator. Currently, Leslie is a vital part of our Accounts Management team. She has had the important role of making us into a paperless company.

Founded by Horace B. Webb in 1941, Webb Air is a family-owned and operated HVAC company serving the greater Fort Worth TX area.
In the late 1930’s Horace owned a barber shop in Downtown Fort Worth. In between haircuts, HB passed the time talking to customers and reading books and magazines. He came across an article in a June 1939 edition of Popular Mechanics about a process that used evaporated water to cool surrounding air. He was inspired to design and construct his own evaporative cooling unit to make the shop more comfortable for patrons. It was an instant success. He soon left the front door to the shop open to allow passersby to experience the cooled air. It was not long before he was constructing Webb Coolers for residents and merchants in the Fort Worth area.
During the late 1930’s and early 1940’s with the help of family members the production and installation of Webb Coolers continued on a part-time basis until 1946. It was around this time that HB left his career as a barber to produce Webb Coolers full time for businesses and homes all over Fort Worth. In 1949, Webb Air became the first authorized dealer of Carrier Air Conditioning Systems in the Fort Worth area and has been a proud dealer of Carrier heating and cooling products for over 75 years.
Webb Air was built on the philosophy of treating customers like family, fostering customer relationships over time, and providing dependable and honest service. Despite many changes in the business and HVAC industry, the philosophies HB followed 75 plus years ago were continued by his late son, Jerry Webb, until today, by his grandsons, Jerry (JD) Webb and Kevin Webb, and the rest of the company’s valued employees.
