Job Duties

• To Demonstrate the “Webb Air Experience”
• Diagnostic troubleshooting techniques of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform detailed Maintenance Service on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently
• Communication techniques for office and customer
• To follow all standard operating procedures
• Initiative to train and develop using the company provided resources
• Safety protocol and guidelines
• Offer clients flat rate repairs, upgrades and add on products.

Education and Experience

• 1-2 years of actual field HVAC experience is Ideal
• EPA Certification
• High School diploma or equivalent
• HVAC technical training a plus
• NATE Certification a plus

Physical Requirements

• Able to work in sometimes extreme temperatures for extended periods of time
• Able to adapt to all environments including but not limited to confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to lift over 100 pounds
• Able to work overtime, nights, and weekend hours (seasonal)
• Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl​
